The Text Effect Java Applet allows
you to scroll a multiple line message across the screen in whichever direction
you choose. You have complete control over colour selection, font selection
and size, scrolling speed and much more.
Future versions of the Text Effect Applet will include Fade In, Fade Out,
Blinds, Colour Rotation and more.
